Biography

I was born in Greece where I served my national duty in the Greek Army. I received my BA degree in Psychology from the American University in London, my Master's degree in Special Educational Needs/Behavior Disorders from Emporia State University in 1994, my MPhil in Child Psychology from Glasgow University in 1998 and my PhD in Psychology from the University of South Wales. I worked for 10 years in Paediatric Rehabilitation and for 15 years in Clinical Child Psychology. I have also served as a Visiting Fellow for the University of South Wales and as Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology for King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. I have published clinical research in the area of Williams Syndrome. Currently i am serving as a Consultant Clinical Child Psychologist at the Infant Child and Adolescent mental Health Service at Timaru Hospital, New Zealand.
